Candidates

With more than 12,000 experienced heavy vehicle, agricultural and earthmoving equipment candidates on our database, plus an extended network reach of over 35,000 people, we’re able to source applicants from anywhere around Australia, New Zealand and beyond. Many of our candidates aren’t what we call ‘actively looking’; they’re not searching Seek or calling around looking for a new job. They’re in secure employment and are often our top candidates. These are the people that are on our books to ‘stay in the loop,’ keeping an eye out for great opportunities.

Our specialist software also allows us to record candidate relocation preferences, and many of our candidates will move for the right opportunity. This allows us to tap into a wider network of potential employees, locals as well as candidates you may not have otherwise reached interstate.

Advertising

We put our money where our mouth is, not on your invoice.

Advertising allows us to broaden your catchment of candidates even further, and the best part is that it’s free for you. We list ads on all the major job boards to attract active candidates at our cost because we believe in our ability to fill the role. In addition to campaign based advertising, we also regularly conduct general campaigns to identify new candidates who may be about to join the job market.

Cost

We value ongoing relationships above quick commissions.

Our cost structure is anchored by long term relationships in mind. Rather than charging a high percentage to make a quick commission, we offer extremely competitive rates that allow you to leverage recruitment, rather than be hindered by it.

Our placement fees are calculated only on the candidate’s retainer. Unlike most agencies, we do not include incentives, vehicles or superannuation in our fees.

Replacement Policy

We offer a complete replacement guarantee.

Success in business requires some willingness to trust people. Your company’s money and resources are on the line, so in the unlikely event that one of your newly placed candidates doesn’t work out, we will look after you and work to find the right candidate as a matter of priority. For your peace of mind, each candidate we place comes with a complete replacement guarantee. If we place a candidate with you and that candidate either leaves or is found to be unsuitable within 90 days, you are entitled to a replacement candidate.

In addition to our warranty, you can also feel secure in our No Poaching Policy. Unlike others in the industry, once we’ve placed a candidate with you we promise that we will never contact them proactively and if we’ve done our job right, they’ll be with you for the long term.
