Roles this good in such a beautiful coastal location rarely come up. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join a major, multi-branch machinery dealership in Esperance, WA. Representing several leading global brands, this company offers an exceptional workplace culture with ongoing factory training and genuine long-term career stability.
Whilst previous agricultural machinery sales experience is highly regarded, existing sales experience in agribusiness, automotive, or related heavy industries is strongly encouraged to apply.

- Drive sales of machinery and equipment within the assigned local territory
- Actively hunt for new business opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to local clients
- Manage sales pipelines and work consistently towards key performance targets
- Proven sales experience handling machinery, vehicles, or commercial equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development
About the location
Esperance is a beautiful coastal town located 720 kilometres south east of Perth and about 4.5 hours from Albany. Esperance has the most stunning coastal scenery with squeaky white sand and turquoise water. There are 5 national parks around Esperance. The Cape Le Grand National Park is only 56kms from the town centre and this is where you can see kangaroos lazing on the beach. Further east is Cape Arid, which is also a popular park for camping, fishing and hiking.
