About the role

Are you an experienced Parts Interpreter looking for a change? Or perhaps you are looking to get into the Agricultural industry? Our client, a leading agricultural machinery dealership, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join their Whealtbelt based dealership.

This role will see you joining a friendly and supportive team. You will be working with a variety of customers, providing them with the parts they need to keep their machinery running smoothly.

Role responsibilities:

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
• Analyse existing/potential customer parts needs
• Provide accurate information and advice to customers and internal staff
• Assist with merchandising displays
• Participate in stocktakes
• Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems

Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.

An attractive salary package is on offer, comprising of a base hourly rate of c. $40/hr (Negotiable) plus on-call penalty rates.
