About the role
Join a growing, family-owned machinery business in Henderson, WA. Supplying parts to the mining, recycling, and forestry sectors, this employer offers an inclusive, hands-on culture. You will support aftersales operations and deliver high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

- Interpreting part numbers from manuals and online sources.
- Processing customer inquiries, quotes, and sales orders.
- Picking, packing, and dispatching outward goods.
- Receiving deliveries and performing cycle counts or stocktakes.
- Engaging with clients to grow the parts business.
- Parts experience, ideally with earthmoving or crushing equipment.
- Confident computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office
- Reliable work ethic with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints.
On offer is an base salary of c. $75,000 + super. You will have job security with plenty of training and development.
