About the Job
Are you an experienced parts professional looking for a role that gets you out from behind the counter? We are seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter to join a well-established dealership in Bundaberg. This unique position combines traditional internal interpreting with a proactive "on the road" sales focus to help expand the local market.

You will join a supportive team that values local expertise and high-quality service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys building long-term relationships and wants to play a key role in a growing branch culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert parts interpretation for a diverse range of heavy vehicles.
• Managing over-the-counter and phone enquiries with a customer-first approach.
• Visiting clients on-site to identify needs and grow parts sales.
• Processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborating with the service department to streamline workshop requirements.

To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience in parts interpretation, preferably within the heavy vehicle or machinery sectors.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional sales manner.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
• A valid Australian driver's licence.
• Proficiency in computerised inventory management systems.

A base salary of c. $80,000 - $90,000 (negotiable) + super will be offered to the successful candidate.
