About the role

We are currently looking to speak with Service Managers or leading hands looking to step up, to lead their strong performing workshop in Wagga Wagga.

You may come from an Ag dealership or from within the Truck, Earthmoving, Automotive dealership or aftermarket service industry, it doesn't matter - as long as you have existing Workshop Management experience.

The ideal candidate will be a people person who is excited by the challenge of leading an established team within the service department. Strong leadership and customer service is paramount, and you will ensure that your team delivers top quality service to their valued clients.

This role is juicy and has plenty to sink your teeth into. You will be managing a team of 10 and helping them to grow the department.

Ideally you will have:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a team
  • Experience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
  • Strong computer literacy skills
Farm Machinery experience is not required for this position. We are looking to speak with leaders who are keen to implement leading processes to continue the growth at the branch.

You will receive a generous salary, fully maintained vehicle, assistance with relocation expenses as well as the opportunity to establish yourself and the department with some of the best brands the agricultural industry has to offer.

Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
