Are you a dynamic leader ready to take the reins of a flagship branch? We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team in Ballarat. This is a pivotal role within a dealership representing several leading global brands across the agricultural sector.
You will oversee a diverse workforce of approximately 30 staff, including sales, service, and parts departments. The focus of this role is to revitalise branch culture, drive professional development, and capture significant market growth. We are looking for a "hunter" who can mentor a large team while maintaining a safe, collaborative, and customer-centric environment.
Role responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to achieve long-term, consistent growth.
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture focused on safety, wellbeing, and performance.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, service, and parts departments.
- Drive sales strategies and manage key customer relationships to increase market share.
- Develop and execute annual budgets, marketing plans, and inventory controls.
- Utilise CRM systems to monitor branch KPIs and streamline operational workflows.
- Proven management experience within a machinery dealership.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a knack for coaching and talent retention.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with staff, customers, and executive roles.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and CRM interfaces.
- A commitment to residing in or relocating to the Ballarat region.
On offer is a salary package around $160,000 to $180,000 OTE plus super and fully maintained company vehicle.
