About the company

Our client specialises in the sale, service, parts and finance of Agricultural Machinery and Construction Equipment throughout several branches in regional New South Wales.

With some recent big changes and growth for the company, now is a great time to join this exciting business. The next 12 months will bring new resources, improved aftermarket support and a focus on driving value and knowledgeable sales and service.

About the role

Due to internal promotion within the group, we are looking to speak with experienced Branch Managers, Sales Managers, Parts Managers or Service Managers to lead the team at our client's top performing Farm Machinery dealership in Dubbo, NSW.

You will be leading a team of around 30 staff and be primarily responsible for the day to day running of the branch, profitability and growth.

The ideal candidate will be results driven, who is keen to show what they can do and run the business as if it's their own. Customer service is paramount, and you will ensure that your team delivers top quality service to their valued clients.

You will be joining a company that has a supportive work environment with a strong family culture.

Ideally you will have:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a team
  • Experience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
  • Strong computer literacy skills with exposure to industry leading Dealer Management Systems
Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.

An excellent remuneration package, comprising of a healthy base salary of around $135,000 to $150,000 (negotiable) plus incentive scheme will be offered to the successful candidate, along with a company car, laptop and phone. Relocation costs may also be offered for the right candidate.
